By opening or using www.shaiyalands.com (the "site") or any of its services (the "services"), you (the "user") agree to follow the terms and conditions below, which govern your use of every part of the site and of the services connected to it.
2. Use of services
Shaiya Lands - EP 4 is a project built for educational purposes to reproduce classic game mechanics. By using the services, the user accepts full responsibility for respecting the game's EULA and the laws that apply in their own country.
3. Account rules
Accounts are personal. Sharing account credentials transfers no rights and does not transfer responsibility: the registered owner remains responsible for everything done with the account. Do not reuse a password from another Shaiya server.
4. Fair play
Automation, packet editing and third-party clients are prohibited. Exploiting a bug instead of reporting it is treated as intent, not accident. Staff decisions on cheating reports are final.
5. Premium services & payments
Shaiya Lands - EP 4 offers optional Premium Services and Virtual Credits (Shaiya Points, SP) that enhance the gaming experience. These are commercial transactions for intangible digital content.
- Eligibility: you must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
- Security: the IP address and the Transaction ID of every purchase are recorded to prevent fraud.
- Refunds: all payments are final and fall under our Refund Policy.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and the services are provided "as is" and "as available". Shaiya Lands - EP 4 accepts no liability for damages of any kind that result from using the site, whether direct, indirect or incidental.
7. Privacy & data protection
Basic user data such as IP addresses and transaction logs is kept for security and verification. This data may be shared with payment processors such as PayPal while a dispute is being resolved, in order to prove that a service was delivered.
8. Termination
Shaiya Lands - EP 4 may suspend or permanently close a user's access when these terms are broken, including but not limited to fraud, cheating, or unjustified payment disputes.
