When one side has too many players, we open a limited number of faction change slots with a SP reward.
Send a request for a slot of your side - staff review every request, and when it is approved your account moves to the other side.
All characters of the account change: their race changes with the side
(Human ↔ Deatheater/Vail, Elf ↔ Vail/Deatheater), items become the other side's version of the same item,
skills are reset and skill points refunded, and quests, guild, friend list and saved teleport points are cleared.
Every character is moved to town. Stay logged out of the game until your request is approved - requests of accounts in game are skipped.
