1. Digital service agreement
Every purchase made on Shaiya Lands - EP 4 covers Premium Services and Digital Virtual Credits (Shaiya Points, SP). When you complete a payment you accept that the service starts right away and that the digital content is delivered to your account at that moment.
2. No refund policy
Because these are digital services, the service counts as fully performed as soon as the Shaiya Points or Premium Items appear on your account. In line with international rules for digital commerce, every sale is final and cannot be refunded.
3. Waiver of the right to cancel
By ticking the "I agree" box at checkout you give your prior, express consent for the service to begin immediately. You also confirm that, in doing so, you give up any right to a refund or to a cooling-off period.
4. Technical faults
If you think a technical error stopped your items from arriving, contact Shaiya Lands - EP 4 support within 24 hours of the purchase. We check our server logs, including your IP address and the PayPal Transaction ID, to confirm whether delivery took place. When the logs show a successful delivery, no refund or compensation is given.
5. Chargebacks & disputes
Opening a dispute or chargeback through PayPal or your bank leads to the permanent closure and blacklisting of every account linked to you.
In such cases we hand the delivery logs and your explicit acceptance of this policy to the payment provider as evidence.
