All purchases made on Shaiya Lands are for "Premium Services" and "Digital Virtual Credits (SP)". By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that the service is rendered immediately and the digital content is delivered to your account instantly.
NO REFUND POLICYDue to the nature of digital services, once the Shaiya Points (SP) or Premium Items are credited to your account, the service is considered "fully performed." As per international digital commerce laws, all sales are final and non-refundable.
WAIVER OF RIGHT TO CANCELBy clicking the "I agree" checkbox during checkout, you explicitly provide your prior express consent to begin the performance of the service immediately and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right to a refund or a cooling-off period.
TECHNICAL FAULTSIf you believe a technical error occurred and you did not receive your items, you must contact Shaiya Lands support within 24 hours. We will investigate our server logs (including IP and Transaction ID) to verify delivery. If the logs confirm successful delivery, no refund or compensation will be issued.
CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTESOpening a dispute or chargeback via PayPal or your bank will result in the permanent termination and blacklisting of all associated accounts. We will provide all delivery logs and your explicit agreement to this policy as evidence to the payment processor.
